Terms of service
These terms govern access to Taleni, a Pinterest planning and publishing service for Shopify merchants operated by Dressemble.
Using Taleni
You must be authorized to act for the Shopify store and Pinterest business account you connect. You are responsible for account security, the accuracy of your settings, and reviewing content before approval.
The service
Taleni reads authorized store and Pinterest information, recommends an organic content strategy, prepares a calendar, publishes approved Pins, and reports available outcomes. Features may change as platform capabilities, safety requirements, and the product evolve.
Merchant control
You remain responsible for products, claims, imagery, destinations, boards, approvals, and published content. Taleni does not guarantee that generated copy is error-free. Review recommendations and correct anything inaccurate before approval.
Subscriptions
Paid access is billed through Shopify according to the pricing and trial shown during approval. Shopify handles charges, cancellations, and applicable billing records. Uninstalling or cancelling affects future access according to the billing terms displayed by Shopify.
Acceptable use
Do not use Taleni to violate law, intellectual-property rights, Shopify or Pinterest policies, platform limits, security controls, or another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access another merchant’s data, disrupt the service, or publish deceptive or prohibited content.
Your content
You retain rights to your catalog, images, instructions, and approved content. You grant Taleni the limited permission needed to process that material and provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and publish it.
Third-party platforms
Taleni depends on Shopify, Pinterest, and other service providers. Their terms and technical decisions also apply. Taleni is not responsible for changes, outages, enforcement actions, or account restrictions controlled by those platforms.
Availability and termination
We may suspend access to protect merchants, platforms, or the service; respond to legal requirements; address non-payment; or stop prohibited use. You may stop using Taleni and uninstall it at any time.
No performance guarantee
Taleni does not guarantee impressions, saves, traffic, revenue, search ranking, or other marketing outcomes. Results depend on your products, imagery, audience, account history, platform behavior, and market conditions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taleni is provided without implied warranties and Dressemble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Taleni during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
