Pinterest won’t connect
Return to Taleni Settings and start the connection again. Confirm you are signing into the intended Pinterest business account.
A product is missing
Check that the product is active, published to the Online Store, and has an image.
A scheduled Pin stopped
Taleni can stop a Pin when approval changes or the product page, destination, or Pinterest board is no longer usable.
Billing or trial question
Open Taleni’s Billing page in Shopify Admin. Shopify owns the subscription approval and billing record.
Need your data deleted
Uninstall Taleni and follow the instructions on the data deletion page for an additional request.
