Data deletion
You can stop Taleni’s access and request deletion of information associated with your store.
1. Uninstall Taleni
In Shopify Admin, open Settings → Apps and sales channels, select Taleni, and choose uninstall. This revokes the app’s Shopify access and starts Shopify’s required app-uninstall and redaction process.
2. Disconnect Pinterest
Open Taleni Settings and choose Disconnect. Taleni deletes its stored Pinterest tokens and stops scheduled unpublished Pins immediately. Remove Taleni separately in Pinterest security settings to remove the Pinterest-side authorization.
3. Send an additional request
Email support@taleni.dressemble.com from the store owner’s address. Include the .myshopify.com domain and write “Taleni data deletion request” in the subject.
What happens next
Taleni will verify the request, delete or anonymize applicable store data, and confirm completion. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.
